What “verified” means — and what it does not.
Verification is a documented review step, not a promise that a contract will close. Each product has a different evidence standard.
Verified Opportunities
- The requester submits a specific business need and contact details.
- LeadHub records consent or another documented legal basis.
- The requirement is reviewed for relevance, contactability, location, timing and commercial clarity.
- Only an authorised operator may publish it.
- Contact details remain private until controlled access is granted.
- Withdrawal pauses future access and is recorded.
Prospect Intelligence
Prospect Intelligence contains researched business records, not people who have necessarily requested a quotation. Records are normalised, deduplicated, screened against suppression indicators and kept under review until their source and permitted use are approved. Research coverage is not the same as immediate purchase availability.
Quality claims
Buyers may raise a material quality claim within seven days. Claims are reviewed individually against the product definition, source evidence and access history. Approved adjustments are posted as auditable credit transactions.
Data minimisation
Public pages show aggregate market coverage only. Personal contact data is not publicly displayed, indexed or made available to unapproved organisations.
