Information we use
We may process: contact details; company information; requirement details; consent or legal-basis evidence; verification notes; account activity; security records; purchase records; and quality claims submitted about a record or introduction.
Purpose and controlled sharing
We use this information for verification, matching requesters to providers, fraud prevention, marketplace delivery, customer support and legal compliance. Contact details are never displayed publicly. They are revealed only to approved providers who unlock the relevant opportunity and accept restricted-use terms.
Legal basis for processing
Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on: your consent, recorded at the point of submission; the steps necessary to provide the marketplace service you requested; our legitimate interest in preventing fraud and misuse of the platform; and compliance with our legal obligations. You can find more on how consent is recorded in the section below.
Consent and source records
For each publishable opportunity, we maintain a source and permission record showing how and when consent, or another applicable legal basis, was obtained. If permission is withdrawn, the opportunity is paused and is no longer offered to additional providers. Providers who have already unlocked the opportunity are notified of the withdrawal.
Security and accountability
Access to personal data on the platform is role-controlled. Purchases, credit adjustments, status decisions, data exports and privacy requests are logged. Providers may not resell contact information they unlock or use it for any purpose beyond the specific opportunity it relates to, including unrelated marketing campaigns.
Private lead inventory
Records held in our Prospect Intelligence inventory may originate from public business websites, business directories, internal research or existing business relationships. These records are held encrypted in a private inventory, screened for duplicates and suppression indicators, and are never displayed publicly. Public pages show aggregated market coverage only — counts by country, city and industry — never individual company or contact details.
Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this notice, or as required by applicable law (for example, transaction, tax or fraud-prevention record-keeping). Final retention periods for each category of data will be published here ahead of paid public launch, as noted below.
Your choices
Registered buyers can use the Privacy Center to request access, correction, restriction or deletion of their data, and to export their data with password confirmation. You may also contact us directly at info@leadhubdxb.com. All requests remain subject to our applicable transaction, fraud-prevention and legal-retention duties, and we may need to verify your identity before actioning a request.
Optional interactive map
The company explorer can display OpenStreetMap tiles after you select "Load interactive map." Your browser then connects directly to OpenStreetMap and shares your IP address and page origin with that service. We do not send private lead records or company addresses to the tile provider. Map pins show approximate city centres and aggregate counts only. The research list remains fully available without loading the map.
Launch-stage disclosure
This notice will be updated before paid public launch to include: the operating UAE entity and data-controller address; final retention periods by data category; any subprocessors we use; details of international data transfers, if applicable; and our payment providers.
