Managed opportunities
LeadHub DXB reviews, verifies, rejects, pauses, limits or allows the expiry of submitted opportunities at its own discretion, based on relevance, contactability, consent and commercial readiness. Providers remain solely responsible for their own due diligence, trade licensing, regulatory permissions, quotations, contracts and service delivery. LeadHub DXB does not vet the outcome of any introduction and makes no representation as to a provider's competence, solvency or conduct.
Credits and quality review
Credits are marketplace access units. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for currency, and are not a stored-value or payment instrument under applicable law. Credits are consumed when access to an opportunity or a research record is unlocked and are non-refundable except as set out below.
If a buyer believes a purchased record is materially inaccurate, unreachable or does not meet the description provided at the point of purchase, they may report the issue in writing within seven (7) days of purchase. Each claim is reviewed individually, and any credit adjustment, refund or replacement is issued solely at LeadHub DXB's discretion.
Prospect Intelligence and lead packs
Prospect Intelligence and lead-pack listings describe aggregate research coverage by market, city and industry. Displayed counts reflect the scope of research conducted and do not confirm that every underlying record is currently available, reachable, interested, licensed or suitable for a given purpose. Records described as "quality review in progress" are not available for purchase or assignment until that review is complete.
A purchased pack is licensed exclusively to the purchasing organisation for its own business-development use. It may not be resold, sublicensed, redistributed, merged into a third-party database or otherwise made available to any other party.
Contact-data restrictions
Contact information unlocked through the marketplace may be used only for the specific opportunity it relates to. You may not scrape, resell, use for unauthorised marketing, enrich unrelated databases, circumvent LeadHub DXB's access controls, harass a contact, or otherwise redistribute unlocked data. You remain responsible for complying with all applicable data-protection, telemarketing and consumer-protection laws when contacting a business or individual introduced through the platform.
Account controls
LeadHub DXB may require company verification (including trade-licence checks) before granting or continuing access, and may suspend or terminate an account for misuse, provision of false information, licensing concerns, payment risk, or any breach of these terms. Suspension does not entitle the account holder to a refund of unused credits or subscription fees, except where required by applicable law.
Prohibited conduct
In addition to the restrictions above, you may not: impersonate another company or individual; submit fraudulent or duplicate opportunities; attempt to bypass credit or verification systems; use automated tools to access or extract platform data outside an authorised export; or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The LeadHub DXB name, logo, platform design, methodology and aggregate market-coverage data are the property of LeadHub DXB and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written consent. Content submitted by requesters and providers (such as a submitted requirement or a provider profile) remains the property of the submitting party, who grants LeadHub DXB a licence to use it for the purpose of operating the marketplace.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LeadHub DXB is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, including lost revenue, lost opportunities or the acts or omissions of any provider or requester introduced through the marketplace. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
LeadHub DXB may update these terms from time to time, particularly as the platform moves from controlled launch to full public availability. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Launch-stage disclosure
Paid checkout remains disabled during this controlled launch. These terms will be updated ahead of paid public launch to include the operating UAE entity, billing terms, cancellation policy, applicable tax treatment, governing law and dispute-resolution provisions.
