PROSPECT INTELLIGENCE
Research your next market.
Explore researched company coverage across Dubai, the UAE and the wider GCC, organised by geography and industry. These are researched organisations — they have not necessarily requested a quotation, and every private record goes through source, quality and permitted-use review before it's ever released.

This catalogue currently focuses on GCC markets. Explore international coverage for research beyond the region.
GCC research records currently under controlled review
64 recorded city labels — not all locations are validated yet
records approved and available for purchase right now
We show these numbers as they are, including the ones still in progress — because a marketplace that only shows finished work isn't being honest about how research actually happens.

One product, one definition.
Researched company coverage — never a promise of buying intent, never a public contact list.
What is Prospect Intelligence?
Prospect Intelligence is researched B2B company coverage: companies that fit a target profile, grouped by GCC market, city and industry. It is LeadHub DXB's research product and is distinct from Verified Opportunities, which start from a submitted requirement with a recorded consent or legal basis.
What does researched company coverage mean?
A researched record describes a company that fits a target profile and has passed through our research pipeline. It is not a claim of buying intent and it is not contact data for sale. The aggregate numbers on this page are the same numbers the research team works with internally, including records still in review.
How is company information researched?
The pipeline combines public and licensed sources with source-quality, deduplication, permitted-use and product-definition review before a record can be released. Segments marked "Quality review in progress" have not cleared that stage yet and are therefore not purchasable. The steps are documented in full in our methodology.
What is the difference between coverage and approved inventory?
Coverage is how many research records exist in a segment. Approved inventory is how many records have cleared review and can actually be purchased. A segment can show large coverage and zero approved inventory at the same time, and this page reports both honestly.
What is a verified introduction?
A verified introduction is a controlled introduction under restricted-use marketplace terms, arranged after the requesting party's permission record is reviewed. It belongs to the Verified Opportunities flow and is different from buying a research record in Prospect Intelligence.
Which markets and industries does Prospect Intelligence cover?
The catalogue operates across the GCC. International research is reachable through the market explorer. Sector coverage spans business setup, facility management, construction and fit-out, real-estate services, logistics and trading, B2B technology and professional services — explore each in the industry overview — and coverage expands on requested demand rather than guesswork.
Is LeadHub DXB a public contact-data marketplace?
No. Public pages never display personal contact details, and private records are never indexed or searchable. Contact access is granted through controlled transactions only after review, on restricted-use terms.

45 aggregate research segments currently match the default view.
Most segments you'll see marked "Quality review in progress" — that's expected, not a dead end. It means the underlying records haven't yet cleared our source, deduplication and permitted-use checks, so they aren't purchasable yet. Segments marked with an approved count (like the 10 available Energy & Climate records in Dubai) have already cleared that review and are ready to unlock today. Don't see the market or industry you need? Tell us what you're looking for — segment coverage expands based on real demand, not guesswork.
